Soldier & Family Assistance Center

Welcome to the Soldier & Family Assistance Center (SFAC), a one-stop location which supports the Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB) Soldiers and their Families.

The SFAC mission is to provide a supportive environment which links our WTB Soldiers and Family Members to various services and resources, as they deal with the stress and uncertainty of injuries and the effects of war.  We strive to ensure that the needs of the Soldier and Family are met and their well-being is maintained as they heal to return to duty or transition back into civilian life.  The SFAC has a 3-model delivery approach:
           

• Full time resident staff at the SFAC
• A provider brought forward to SFAC when required
• Priority appointment at an alternate location that is convenient to the Soldier
