assistance and guidance in the months and years ahead. ALTFCM serves the entire Army family - Active, Reserve
and National Guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Army Emergency Relief Survivor Assistance
AER is available to help surviving spouses get through the initial period of adjustment following the death of a spouse while waiting for their benefits such as SBP, DIC, social security, etc. to start.
